ABOUT AMY

If you wish to understand the secrets of the universe,

think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.

Healing work is my passion! I am a professionally trained healer and graduate of the Brennan School of Healing Science (4-year program), as well as the Advanced Program for Brennan Integration Work (2-Year Program)- a total of six years intensive training in the study and certification of Integrative Professional Energy Healing and Trans-personal Psychology. I recognize and work within the energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates the body. This field underlies our physical, mental and emotional health.

The Brennan Healing Science integrates cutting edge healing techniques, high sense perception skills and trans-personal psychology. I am dedicated to the exploration, enrichment , and healing of the human spirit . As a result, I also teach and train in the development of high emotional intelligence.

I am also a mother of 3 beautiful children. It has been my passion to support the continuing development of a child’s emotional intelligence. Their growing awareness and capacity for tracking emotional experiences in their body gives them the opportunity to choose their response rather than unconsciously react from a dis-empowered place. My desire is that all children receive emotional intelligence training during early childhood.

Of course, teaching the adults in their lives is the best way to support this! I am inspired to work with adults to understand and develop their own emotional intelligence. As well as working with children one on one, I have developed a curriculum that I teach in classrooms for this very purpose. This aides in the prevention of habitual negative patterns. In time, these patterns

lead to dysfunction in our lives, relationships and our physical body. As adults, we have developed habitual patterns that may or may not be serving us. Children have the chance to learn and develop better emotional skills before well worn paths of dysfunction can form. Instead, they can benefit from positive, health sustaining emotional habits. This work supports every part of life, not the least of which is a child’s capacity for learning.

Research is accumulating on the benefits of emotional learning programs, showing that they significantly improve students’ academic performance.
