Module 1: Awareness

Begin Learning:

~ How to establish & develop Deep Presence.

~ How to live in a more consistent and deliberate State of Awareness.

~ How to hold what you find in that State of Awareness in a healthy and meaningful way.

*Week 4 of this module is Integration Week. This means NO Training Video. (We will still have our group call.) Continue to use your meditations daily. Take this week to rest, breathe and feel! Allow yourself this time and space to relax in all the work you have done, continuing to integrate what you have learned in the previous 3 weeks.
